Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace will be with you. 2 Corinthians 13:11 NLT
Paul is writing to his friends at the church in Corinth in his letters to the Corinthians in the New Testament. These people didn’t always get along and they rarely got right what it means to follow Jesus.
How do we greet people we don’t get along with? How do we communicate with people we think are definitely not getting it right? I’m not sure we are as pleasant as Paul was to the troubled Corinthians.
Perhaps we figure out how to be joyful and mature. We encourage each other with free breakfast. We try to live in harmony and peace, as much as it is possible for us. And, it’s possible with Jesus alongside.
We hope to see you tomorrow at Great Beginnings Café as we support some friends and welcome the community. If you can’t make, don’t miss the 10:00 am live stream!
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2 Corinthians 13:14 NLT
